Shipping Policy

Processing

Orders are prepared within 3–7 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Delivery estimate

Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 14–30 days after dispatch. Carrier delays, weather, customs, remote destinations, and address issues can extend delivery time.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping to eligible U.S. addresses is free.

Tracking

When tracking is available, use the order number and checkout email when asking us for help with an update. Tracking scans can take time to appear after dispatch.

Duties and taxes

Unless checkout states otherwise, the customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, or local handling charges assessed by the destination.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if the address is wrong. We cannot guarantee a change after processing or dispatch has begun.

Failed or returned delivery

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable address and responding to carrier notices. Contact us if a parcel is returned so we can review the available next step and any additional shipping cost.
