Return window

You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging and included accessories.

Authorization

Contact us before returning an item. Include the order number, reason for the request, and relevant photos when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will provide the return instructions and approved return address.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide the appropriate resolution and return instructions.

Exceptions

Items showing misuse, unauthorized modification, missing parts, or damage unrelated to delivery may not qualify for a full refund.

Refund timing

Once an eligible return is received and passes inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Allow approximately 5–10 business days after issuance for the payment provider to post the credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
