What is in the box
Camera, 6W solar panel, mounting bracket, screw pack, instruction manual, and package box. A storage card is included only with the 32GB, 64GB, or 128GB option.
App and storage
UBox handles live view, alerts, playback, sharing, and controls on iOS or Android. Choose no card, 32GB, 64GB, or 128GB local storage. Optional cloud storage may require a separate fee.
Shipping and returns
Standard U.S. shipping is free. Allow 3–7 business days for processing and an estimated 14–30 days after dispatch. Eligible unused items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery.

Does the camera need WiFi?
Only the WiFi version does. It connects to 2.4GHz WiFi. The 4G version is intended for compatible cellular service where WiFi does not reach.
Will the 4G version work with my carrier?
Carrier and band support are not universal. Confirm compatible cellular service at the installation site. A suitable SIM and data plan may be required.
Does solar charging mean I never need to check the battery?
No. Charging and runtime vary with panel orientation, sunlight, temperature, network signal, settings, and camera activity.
Is a storage card required?
No. Choose no card if you plan to add compatible storage separately or use optional cloud storage. The 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB options include that capacity.
Does cloud storage cost extra?
It may. Cloud storage is handled through UBox and separate fees can apply. Review the current in-app terms before subscribing.
Can it detect both people and animals?
The camera provides human and animal movement detection with app alerts. Performance varies with placement, distance, temperature, movement, and the scene.
What does the IP66 specification mean?
Keep every cover correctly closed, secure the cable path, and choose a sensible mounting position. The specification is not a promise that every installation or weather event is risk-free.
Are the SIM and data plan included?
Do not assume they are included. The 4G version requires compatible cellular service and may require your own suitable SIM and data plan.
